Through deep introspection and intense research we have developed a sounding of the sephirot with some improvised and some specially composed music. We have integrated elements of the Jewish musical tradition with inspirations from Indian devotional music and personal soundings in the landscape to arrive at an authentic tonality using voice and piano. Sounding the Kabbalah is informed by many years of study of Jewish mysticism, and recently toured Dorset, including the Portland Festival of Devotional Music.
